This 4kw high density 20 tonne press can produce bales weighing in access of 250kg. This baler normally features 2 chambers. The multi-chamber baler is a very popular unit having excellent expandable capabilities. Each additional chamber can be utilised as a different recycling point, allowing cardboard, paper, polythene, etc to be sorted directly into its designated chamber easily and economically. Extra chambers can be added at a later stage as you increase the number of recyclable products sorted. The baler requires a solid, level base on which to be sited, this would preferably be concrete.

This machine has an 1110mm x 700mm feed aperture and features an auto bale ejection system. Also included is a bale full indicator, material retainers for prevention of spring back and a triple encoded safety system which ensures it is fully CE compliant.
